The established European Business Development Executive at Project Kahn is a unique individual to say the least.
He previously worked for the ‘Bundeswehr’ (German Navy) for over 15 years; working in 45 countries on Submarines and war ships.
And although Helmuth Weinhold was also employed by German Military Intelligence for a total of over 7 years; he insists nothing can beat working for Project Kahn: “My time working for the German Military Intelligence is classified; that’s all I can say,” says Helmuth in an innocent manner.
“Working for Project Kahn is very exciting because Afzal Kahn is a unique individual. Recently, I have read some very complimentary words from the German press about Afzal. They refer to him as ‘design guru’ and rightfully so.
“I am very excited because every day is different; I use my languages, my knowledge and interpersonal skills to develop new businesses in Germany, Austria, Spain and Romania. This is the most exciting job I have ever had and I would not have come here if I believed I could not contribute to Project Kahn’s success on a long term basis.”
The European Business Graduate is adamant Project Kahn will make inroads into Germany and Austria in the very near future: “I was at the Tuning Show – Bodensee a few weeks ago; and our competitors did not have anything on display that could rival our products and quality. We have a great deal of products that other companies simply do not have. With the launch of the Kahn Cosworth 300, amongst other things, expect to see more of Project Kahn in Germany and Austria.
“At Project Kahn – everything is elegant and luxurious. The cars are unique and the customers are upmarket. I believe this brand is something special. When I speak to my customers I do not only sell cars, wheels and conversions; I sell the ‘Kahn lifestyle’, which is absolutely unique to say the least. I love my job, the only things I miss about Germany is the beer and driving on the other side of the road.
“I would like to thank International sales director Snowy Kahn who is like a mentor to me. He taught me a great deal about business and about how problems can be resolved in an efficient manner. I am determined to pay back the trust put in me through loyalty and conquering new markets for the Kahn brand.”
Afzal Kahn has given the former German military man a license to thrill. And as Weinhold walks back into his office, he takes a call.
