drawing board to create a more aggressive look for the car, STARTING with the

wheels. Project Kahn employed one of the premier alloy designs from their sister

company Kahn Design, fitting the GTS with the classic RS-D Diamond edition. With an

outstanding diamond cut finish and a classic yet contemporary design the RS-D fits

the role perfectly.

The Project Kahn aerodynamic body styling system is the most distinguished

element within the GT-S package. The styling system provides a complete look with

front spoiler, rear apron, side sills and a rear boot spoiler. Manufactured from

high quality polyurethane reaction injection molding (PU RIM), the styling system

maintains the demanding standards required by the Project Kahn team ensuring no

element of the conversion undermines the essential quality of the vehicle.

The Project Kahn GT-S also sport s a complete interior upgrade, featuring quilted

Nappa leather available in a variety of colours and combinations. All seats, door

panels, steering wheels and gear shifts are re-upholstered to offer the ultimate

quality driving experience. Various fabrics are available including alcantara, suede,

perforated, grained or smooth leather plus many more.

Completing the conversion, as with all Project Kahn Vehicles, the GT-S is fitted with

tinted privacy glass as well as a fully adjustable electronic lowering module to

create a firmer, more responsive drive.

The RSL’s have been powder coated in yellow throughout, the spokes have been treated to a black satin finish and the studs removed and coated black.

As many as 22% of these drivers have known about the dangerous fault on their vehicle for more than six months, the report claims. A total of 31% claimed they could not afford to fix the problem, while 11% said they had not had time to get their car repaired.

The most common faults are worn tyres, defective brakes and faulty exhaust pipes.

Around 5% of the vehicles in need of repair have broken or missing wing mirrors, while about the same number have broken head or tail lights.

 Britannia Rescue general manager Simon Stevens said: “It’s concerning that so many motorists currently drive dangerous vehicles in need of repair. Some repairs may appear to be minor but they could still turn a car into a death-trap that endangers the driver, passengers and other motorists.

 Stevens went on to say, “It can be tempting to put off repairs but doing this could lead to you being fined and, far worse, put you and your family in danger.”

What exactly do you need to live the high-speed, high-octane Project Kahn high-life?

The Cosworth Sport 300 is the first road car to wear the prestigious Cosworth badge for over a decade. The design of the 4×4 supercar has been significantly influenced by the dramatic and flamboyant appearances of the Ford and Mercedes Cosworth vehicles of the late 80s and early 90s.

Cosworth have performed their engineering skills on the Range Rover TDV8 Diesel Power plant, increasing the Power and providing massive torque gains.

The specification of the Kahn Cosworth Sport RSE 300 is impressive.

2)  Own an expensive number plate:

It’s not only eye – catching but worth millions!

For petrol heads, it is a succinct symbol of motoring power and glamour. And Afzal Kahn owns the UK’s most expensive number plate: F1.

Purchased for over £460,000 in January 2008, it beat the previous record of £331,000 for M1, sold by auctioneers Bonhams in 2006.

The 104 year old registration was previously on a £30,000 Volvo s80 used by the council chairman.

“I knew I had to have it,” said Afzal. “I have spent years chasing it. I cannot believe I’ve finally got it.”

The much sought-after registration also attracted the attention of Formula One’s Eddie Irvine and Bernie Ecclestone.
